The name of this organization shall be Ladies Around the Globe, LLC. (LAG). The club was incorporated 3 January 2020 under the provisions of the laws of the State of Virginia.
Terms and Conditions
PURPOSE
The general purpose for which this Corporation is Empowerment, Enjoyment, and Embracing Each Other. . The intent is to promote fellowship and to engage in any activity or business permitted under the laws of the United States and of the State of Virginia.

MEMBERSHIP AND DUES
The membership year shall run for a year from the date you pay your membership feel. Membership commences upon payment of annual dues. Membership is automatic renewal.

Membership is not guaranteed upon submission of payment. Membership can be denied. No reason has to be given. If membership is denied, a full refund will be issued.

Membership can be terminated at anytime due to misconduct, unprofessionalism, and not representing the values of Ladies Around the Globe. If membership is terminated due to any of these reasons, a refund will not be issued.

TRIPS
All trips shall be available to all members of the club, in accordance with State and Federal laws, on a first come, first served basis recognized by a financial trip deposit. The security deposit is non- refundable.

POLITICAL ACTIVITIES
No political activities or affiliation will be involved with or from Ladies Around the Globe.
